Shipping Policy – Kairo

At Kairo, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving your order confirmation.

Shipping Charges

• Inside Dhaka: BDT 60

• Outside Dhaka: BDT 110

• Exchange Fee: BDT 220

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping charge regardless of whether they accept the product. Once the shipping process has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Shipping Duration

• Inside Dhaka: 2-5 business days

• Outside Dhaka: 3-7 business days

Note: Deliveries to remote areas may require an additional 1-2 business days. Delays may also occur during peak times such as holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the respective carrier's website.
